Browser settings
configure your Internet Explorer settings as follows:

* If you have Internet Explorer 8

* Delete cookies
1.  Click  Tools > Internet Options > General tab
2.  Browsing History > Delete button
3.  Tick all boxes except the first one (Preserve favourites website data) > Delete button

* Change settings
1.  Click Tools > Internet Options > Security tab > Default button
2.  Click Tools > Internet Options > Privacy tab > Default button
3.  Close IE browser
4.  Re-start browser

* Last resort - try to reset the browser
1. Click Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab > Reset button


* If you have IE7 or IE6

* Delete cookies
1.  Click  Tools > Internet Options > Delete cookies > Confirm delete all offline content > OK
2.  Click  Tools > Internet Options > Delete files  > OK

* Change settings
1.  Click  Tools > Internet Options > Security tab > Default level button
2.  Click  Tools > Internet Options > Privacy tab > Default button
3.  Close IE browser
4.  Re-start browser

* Last resort - try to reset the browser
1.  Click  Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab > Restore defaults
