MobiBiz platform delivers completely web-based mobile productivity solutions. All solutions are delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS) – hosted, no software installation required.

What differentiates us from other solutions is that MobiBiz works on all mobile phones. Software required on the phones can be downloaded Over-the-Air using our web based console.

MobiBiz Mobile Timesheeting is a phone-based time and attendance application that lets workers use a mobile phone to log their activity in real time.  The system verifies that workers are at the correct jobsite when they clock in or out, and also permits workers to record travel, breaks, and sick leave. Verification can be done using location capture or using NFC phones.

MobiBiz Vehicle & Personnel Tracking is an application that uses GPS or cell triangulation to relay a mobile phone’s position at intervals.  When used in a vehicle, the application automatically records locations, speeds, and mileage. This application does not require any user input – simply activate it and go.

MobiBiz Personnel tracking can help employers track lone workers working in hazardous conditions to ensure their safety. Employees from the field send messages back to their employer or alarm for help using a press of a button. Additionally, team leaders on the field can view and record the status of their from the field.

That depends on what information you would like to collect.  If you are only interested in tracking vehicles and employees, then you will only need MobiBiz Vehicle & Personnel Tracking.  If you also want workers to enter time and attendance information, so that MobiBiz verified data can be exported in payroll or other software, then you will also need MobiBiz Mobile Timesheeting.

MobiBiz Mobile Timesheeting can run on any mobile phone.  MobiBiz Vehicle & Personnel tracking relies on continuous tracking, which can be done using GPS or cell ID.  For best results, you will need a phone with a built-in GPS chip. Additionally, your phone would need a data plan or a GPRS connection.
